L.A. Kids Photographer
Last week a friend showed me some super hero inspired shots of a toddler boy around my sons age. I thought right away I NEED these of my son.. so today I cleared out the space to shoot.. dug out the cape… found matching under roos and my son wanted NOTHING to do with me, my capes or my camera… It was time for plan B! Wrangled up my daughter (wasn’t going to waste the freshly cleared area) haha and took these. Authentic smile courtesy of my husband making fake farting noises in the background!
Pasadena Family Photography
This little family was full of light and love at their session. They chose a beautiful Pasadena garden as their location on a sunny fall day. I chased their girls around the garden catching these beautiful pictures!
Sydney - Los Angeles Birth Photography
Births are my all time favorite type of shoot! Attending this all natural birth at Cedars Sinai Los Angeles was one of last years highlights for me for sure! Watching her push through this and having the birth she wanted was amazing to say the least! This rock’n mama has not only become a repeat client but a friend. I have this little guy on my scheduled every 6 months to the date of his birth!
6 Days Old - Los Angeles Newborn Photography
This little sleeping beauty was a joy to work with. Only took a few nursing sessions with mom and some snuggles and a little patience and she was peacefully in dream land. Using the gorgeous natural light that filled her home and a little help from her doggy we got a ton of beautiful shots!

On a rainy day…
Enjoying the SoCal storm today? The clouds look spectacular. We are having a relaxed day at home. Organizing and doing a little spring cleaning.

Hollywood Hills Maternity - Los Angeles Pregnancy Photography
Last May I met the beautiful Kelly Lombardo in Paris. I was so excited to be there with other women in my field and even a few from my area! Last night I had the opportunity to do maternity photos for her. She is a very pregnant 36 weeks here and absolutely adorable!
We drove around the Hollywood Hills till we found this (semi) quaint spot. We got cozy, reminisced about our wild Paris adventure, had some laughs and took some beautiful shots! Be sure to check out her work and like her page on Facebook

The birth of Emerson
About 2 hours before Emerson was born his dad called and told me labor had begun. Just over an hour later he called back and told me to head over when I could but not to rush. I was so eager to get there I left right away. My bags had been packed for days and everything was ready at the door waiting. I pulled up to the house about 30 mins after the call to head over when I got a chance and saw the midwife pulling up as well.. I went inside, walked right up to the bedroom and with only about 30 seconds to spare captured this first set in my first 6 photos. Dad catching his baby in the bath! ♥♥♥
I was shocked! I was expecting to arrive to mid labor with the passive phone call I had received. This family was just so relaxed and easy going about the process. I bet the laid back attitude is what lead to a super quick birth! I am so happy I made it and was able to capture this even it was only 30 seconds before!
They did a little bonding in the tub….
Her sweet midwife working through those hard after birth contractions. So kind and understanding. Such love.
Followed by an evening of getting to know each other…..
Laughter and joy..
A little business.. 🙂
And a whole lotta love!
Thank you dear friend for sharing your birth with me! I loved all 30 seconds of it! 🙂
Stella - Los Angeles Birth photography
To celebrate the free maternity sessions with all booked births I thought I would start sharing some of the births I was honored to be at last year!
Starting with sweet the birth of sweet Stella!
It was a joy to watch this family welcome Stella. Since I was there to capture it, baby Stella and her mama had the full attention of the rest of their birth support team including dad, big sister, grandma and Doula Nikki from Blessed Be Birthing!
Feels Like Spring! - West Hollywood Family Portraits
This spring like weather we have had this week in Los Angeles has me itching for spring like photo sessions like this one. This sweet West Hollywood family welcomed me to their beautiful home for a photoshoot in their lush garden. It was a lovely afternoon with lots of giggles. Now is the prefect time to start planning and booking your family photos for spring. With highs in the low 80’s its not to early for bare feet and spring dresses!
Los Angeles Children's Photography -Sophies Dance
My daughter recently started taking ballet and tap at Sophie’s Dance in Los Angeles. Dance class day has become the highlight of our week. My husband and I walk her in her precious dance outfit to class. We stand at the parents window with the biggest smiles as our little ballerina dances her heart out. When class is over and she runs to us with proud open arms our hearts melt. Expect to see more of these because I can not get enough of my little blue ballerina.
